A project which no one else would tackle. A swimming pool in a very limited space 4 metres below the road and the boundary wall.

Luxury house in Camps Bay with solar input directly into the home in addition to solar water heating. Four bedrooms all en-suite bathrooms, generous living rooms, granny flat and substantial pool.
All these projects, done for clients, involved changes to the plans in order to achieve, reasonable integration with their general environment and were blended in with the local garden environment. The whole building/construction process was managed from site clearing, research, plan changes, basic building including specialist engineered structures, liaison with all specialists from start to finish, including government and completing all finishes with specialist subcontractors. Completed projects were either sold or the clients moved in to fully completed homes.
