Eco publications & reports history of the Greenheart CEO

Eco publications & reports history, over 3 years by the owner of Greenheart projects. The owner, of Greenheart was the chairperson of Botfriends for the last three years. He built and maintained a Facebook page and a website for Botfriends. Most of the owners posts concerning the environmental issues as they affected the Bot River Estuary and its environs were posted on the website. A good summary of the activities of the Botfriends executive including Botfriends members is contained in the Botfriends News page of the website (over 60 reports) which includes sections on:

  • General Environmental: reports on the estuary, wetlands, agriculture, environmental damage and any other issues of the environment
  • Botfriends Newsletters: monthly summary of matters of interest to Botfriends, beautifully produced by R Austin
  • Fire: A natural force: comments and reports on fire issues
  • Biodiversity and Biological invasions: comments, summaries & reports as they affected the local environment
  • Botfriends Challenge: a community sponsored project to clear alien species from green areas in the local environment
  • The Botfriends Alien Clearing Program, BACP: an initiative to raise funding for an environmental plan for the environs.

Botfriends is currently not functional. Therefore, selected eco publications & reports history, including comments of the activities of the owner of Greenheart, are presented in this blog. Future posts will be made on the Greenheart website or the Greenheart Facebook page.

The Chairpersons reports cover most of the activities of Botfriends, regular newsletters provided additional articles of interest. In addition, separate and more detailed reports were also posted on activities of interest. Many issues reported on are ongoing and will be reported on Greenheart.
